Behind the concept is boat builder, musician, writer and businessman Jan Vardøen. Vardøen is behind several of Oslo’s most popular bars and restaurants like Mucho Mas, Bar Boca, Villa Paradisio among others. The nightlife connoisseur had a revenue of 75 million kroner last year, but the bottom line is not as good. Vardøen controls his many venues through the companies Dilligaf Holding AS, Park Partners AS, and Paradisio Import AS.
Paradisio Import notes a loss of 500 000, down from a loss of 71 000 last year. In addition, Vardøen controlled Art & Mat AS and Viva Zaopata barely made it above red.
The board of Park Partners has, despite weak profits, decided to give 2,1 million in dividends.
