– The level of prizes now, corrected for inflation, is at a double of what they were right before the big property crack of 1980, Tetzchner says. He fears that history will repeat itself and that young people will be the biggest losers.
– Young people today are committing to huge property loans and will be extremely vulnerable when the bubble bursts, Tetzchner says.
Tetzchner suggests to make more property close to Marka available for purchase. This will also help make Oslo a more business friendly capital, he says.
-Things are expensive in this city, but if property were cheaper it would compensate for the other high costs, Tetzchner says.
