The IT-company, owned by the company noted on the Swedish exchange as Proact, is in the business of storage, bakcup, archiving and disaster recovery. The recent acquisitions include the Danish company Great Solutions and the company Storyflex in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Proact IT Norway had a turnover in 2009 of 226.1 million kroner (217.7 million in 2008), and noted a profit before tax of 18.9 million (13.1 million in 2008). The listed company had a turnover in the first nine months of 911 million Swedish kroner, with a profit before tax of 39.6 million.
